The battery life on the new ipad air classic has also been dramatically improved. Manufacturers claim that they have up to 40 hours of music playback (and 7 hours of video). I haven’t verified this fact yet, but so far, the new model did last longer than my previous iPod. There are also some changes in the materials used to build this player. Previously, the cover was made of some plastic material. The new model has an aluminum casing and it is now only available in silver and black (no more whites).
